**Guaranteed payment orders will typically ship the same or following business day (Paypal and Credit Cards). Large orders may be confirmed before they are shipped.

**NonGuaranteed payments will ship after payment has gone through (PayPal eCheck, Check and Money Order,Western Union).

Shipping typically occurs the same business day if ordered before 10:30am CST, afterwards shipping occurs on the next business day.  If you choose Priority or Express shipping please leave a way for us to contact you in case there are any problems.

Shipments Outside Of The USA

BY CHOOSING THE DISCOUNT MAIL OPTION YOU ARE ALLOWING US TO SELL THE ITEMS CURRENTLY IN STOCK TO OTHERS WITH HIGHER SHIPPING PRIORITIES AND SHIP YOUR ORDER WHEN NEW STOCK HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN RETURN FOR A SHIPPING DISCOUNT. ORDERS SHIP NEXT BUSINESS DAY ABOUT 50% OF THE TIME AND IN ABOUT 4-14 DAYS THE OTHER 50% OF THE TIME.

Our shipping prices do not include any customs duties, VAT or sales taxes that your country may charge.

Please be aware that your country's postal system may charge $4-$8 for a customs clearance fee. Also, your country's customs service may impose duties and VAT taxes on your order. Please check with your country's customs website to determine what fee's may be imposed on your order.

Australian Customs Service - No Duty and Taxes on orders under $1,000. Unknown if postal clearance fee exists.

Canadian Customs Service - Goods and Service Tax (GST) 7% after customs and duties have been applied. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST). All taxes totalling around 15%. We believe these are your standard taxes that you pay when you buy within Canada. Customs brokers fee of $5 for Registered Airmail and $8 for Priority Post.

Japan Customs Service ¥4,500 customs clearance fee. Unknown duty fee and tax fee.

United Kingdom Customs Service- VAT payable on gifts over £36. EU customs duty payable if duty (3.5% of order) is £7 and over.   England customs duty payable if items value is £18 and over. 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free exchange:

1) Send the merchandise in a protected manner so that it reaches us before 30 days of receipt.  Please also include a note with your order number, name and item you would like to exchange for.  Please insure your package as we will not be able to give credit for items not received.

2) To qualify for an exchange, items must be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging.

3a) **Preferred Method - Easiest - Please place another order for the item you desire to exchange for and we will refund your item when received.

3b)  Include a check/Money Order in USD to Auntie's Treasures for the shipping option that you would like your exchange sent back to you by and for the difference if the item you would like to exchange for is more than your original returned item.
